I built a multi-seven-figure, multi-practice business across 8 locations — over 3,500 visits a week, 10,000 new patients a year, and $7M in annual revenue at our peak. I've scaled practices, stepped out of them, stepped back in when needed, and built an internal marketing team from scratch — spending over a million dollars of my own money on Facebook ads along the way.

I've run teams delivering 5 talks and workshops a week, 5–10 screenings a week, and systems that reactivated 30–50 past patients monthly through email campaigns most practices never touch. For ten years I employed 30+ associates and led a team of 80. Today, we've helped over 500 clients build marketing systems that actually work — done-with-you and done-for-you.
